The Himalaya is a strong, classical design that has evolved over many years and is a robust compact and comfortable tent for all mountain and polar conditions.For 2019 we decided to make it a true two-person tent with a much bigger fl oorspace and larger vestibule. The door and ventilation have been improved and the pole confi guration changed to make it easier to pitch.

The Himalaya Pro has fully-internal pole sleeves for a cleaner design and the X-trem has a combination of internal sleeves for reduced wind-resistance and external pole clips for faster pitching in severe weather.
A safe and comfortable night’s sleep is our goal. Wherever you are. One of the main factors with being comfortable in a tent is condensation, and that is controlled by breathability.

New for this year, we are pleased to launch a new, mini-ripstop inner tent fabric that has
been developed especially for Helsport Pro and X-trem tents. Simply put, it is lighter than the old fabric, just as strong and yet twice as breathable.

New stuffsac
For this year we introduce a new stuffsac for
all categories, except Superlight. The packing an unpacking of the tent is a crucial part of the tent pitching process. We have
refi ned the features of the stuffsac, aiming to make the handling easier. The compression
and the shape of the sack has also been redesigned, and we have added loops that helps you secure the tent at the base of your backpack. For the X-trem tents, we have chosen more robust fabrics for the new stuffsac.
